Resolution approving Amendment No. 3 to the Contract between the County of Nevada and Bright Futures for Youth, for Friday Night Live/Club Live Pilot Project [PESQ4601], to increase the maximum contract price from $199,999.96 to $254,999.96, revise Exhibit “A”, Schedule of Services to include funding for Bright Futures for Youth Summer Camps and Clinics and the Heart of Gold youth outreach event, reflecting an additional funding source and revise Exhibit “B”, Schedule of Charges and Payments to reflect the increase in the maximum contract price, for the term August 1, 2022, through June 30, 2025, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
