Resolution approving a renewal Agreement for Services #8448 between the County of Nevada and the County of El Dorado for acute psychiatric inpatient hospitalization services for referred Nevada County clients at El Dorado’s operated Psychiatric Health Facility for a maximum obligation not to exceed $800,000 per fiscal year, for a total maximum amount of $2,400,000, effective beginning when fully executed through June 30, 2027, contingent upon adoption of the fiscal year 2024/25 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
