Resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Nevada County Department of Public Defender and Department of Social Services relating to developing collaborative services to assist mutual customers in the expungement and reduction of legal records, with the Department of Social Services reimbursing the Public Defender for case management services and administrative fees up to the maximum amount of $81,697, for the period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, and authorizing the Director of the Department of Social Services and the Public Defender to sign the MOU.
