Resolution accepting the 2022 Department of Justice award of the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Technology and Equipment Program (Congressionally directed funding) grant in the amount of $4,800,000, to upgrade the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office radio tower equipment, and authorizing the Sheriff to execute the award documents and certifications.
