Resolution approving construction documents for the Community Care Expansion Preservation Grant for capital improvements at Mountain View Assisted Living Center, located at 10619 Sierra Drive, Grass Valley, authorizing the Purchasing Agent to solicit bids, award, and encumber the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and authorizing the Director of Housing and Community Services, or their designee, to sign and execute the contracts associated with this project, so long as the bids do not exceed the Engineer’s Estimate of $155,012.
