Resolution approving the Exclusive Right and Option to Purchase for 1.49 acres of real property located at 11855 Slow Poke Lane, Grass Valley, CA 95945 (APN 009-320-004-000) for the sum of $1,000, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute and exercise the Exclusive Right and Option to Purchase Agreement in furtherance of development of permanent supportive housing options upon successful application of the Homekey+ grant award.
