Resolution awarding the Community Care Expansion (CCE) Preservation Grant to Mountain View Assisted Living for operating subsidies and capital projects, authorizing the Director of the Nevada County Department of Housing and Community Services to execute the contract with Mountain View Assisted Living to provide operating subsidy payments not to exceed $184,319 until January 2029, and authorizing the Department of Housing and Community Services to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for capital projects to make critical repairs and upgrades to the Mountain View Assisted Living facility not to exceed $191,479 before June 2028.
