Resolution approving execution of Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with CF Merced Behavioral LLC., D/B/A Merced Behavioral Center, to revise Exhibit “A”, Schedule of Services, to reflect services for clients under Murphy Conservatorship and additional Substance Use Disorder services, revise Exhibit “B”, Schedule of Charges and Payments, to reflect the addition of rates for the enhanced services with the maximum contract price remaining at $550,000, for the term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
