Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, County Counsel is requesting a closed session regarding real property negotiations for three parcels. Items under negotiation concern the price and terms of payment, and the property interest to be obtained. Two properties are located at 12255 Sierra Dr., Truckee, CA, [APN: 018-540-035]-Developed and 12245 Sierra Dr., Truckee, CA, APN: 018-540-034]-Vacant. The lead negotiator for the two properties is owner Craig MacDonald. The third property is 1345 Whispering Pines, Grass Valley CA 95945 [APN Number: 009-690-005]. The third property is owned by Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, and the negotiator for the property is Dr. Scott Neeley. The negotiators for the County are Ryan Gruver, Director of Health and Human Services Agency, and Steve Monaghan, Director of Information and General Services.
