Resolution approving the execution of an agreement between the Nevada County Behavioral Health Department and Partnership Health Plan of California, for Transitional Rent services which will be evergreen, remaining in effect until either party terminates the agreement, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
