Resolution approving a renewal contract between the County of Nevada and CF Merced LLC, dba Merced Behavioral Center for skilled nursing services, plus long-term 24-hour treatment program services for chronic mentally ill clients, in the maximum amount of $160,000, for the period July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
