Resolution accepting the California Secretary of State's Standard Agreement No. 25G30114 for Nevada County Elections, authorizing the reappropriation and continued use of remaining Voting System Replacement Grant funds in an amount not to exceed $88,040.91, originally awarded under Standard Agreement No. 18G30129, and authorizing the Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters, or their designee, to accept and execute the agreement.
