Resolution approving execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE), Nevada County Probation (NC Probation), and Placer County Probation (PC Probation), in the amount of $37,485, for the contract period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, contingent upon the adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, for the purpose of SCOE providing services to NC Probation participants at PC Probation’s Tahoe Vista facility, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the MOU.
