Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the contract with Bright Futures for Youth (BFFY), for the purchase and installation of a commercial oven and refrigerator, amending Exhibit “A” Scope of Services substituting other kitchen equipment for the commercial refrigerator, and revising Exhibit “B” Schedule of Charges and Payments, to reflect the change in equipment purchases and the budget changes, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
