Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Integrated Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. for the provision of mental health services (PESP4362), increasing the maximum contract price from $45,000 to $65,000, for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
