Resolution approving execution of a professional services contract with Pacific Clinics, for the provision of services including crisis intervention, mobile crisis services, and the operation of a Crisis Stabilization Unit, in the maximum amount of $6,715,745, for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
