Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and the Department of Health Care Services pertaining to the Rate Range Intergovernmental Transfer whereby Nevada County retroactively receives federal financial participation Medi-Cal funds to cover unreimbursed costs for previously provided, mandated services, for the period January 1, 2021 though December 31, 2021, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2021/22 Health and Human Services budget. (4/5 affirmative vote required)
