Resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC), as the sole Managed Care Plan (MCP) operating in Nevada County, and 1) Nevada County Department of Social Services - Child Welfare Services (CWS) and 2) Nevada County Department of Social Services - In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program, from the date of full execution by both parties through December 31, 2028, and authorizing the Director of Social Services to execute the MOU agreements.
