Resolution approving the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Northern Rural Training and Employment Consortium (NORTEC) and America’s Job Center of California Partners Phase I of II, and authorizing the Director of the Department of Social Services to sign the MOU and all other documents necessary or required by NORTEC to amend the existing MOU.
