Resolution approving a renewal contract between the County of Nevada and Nevada County Housing Development Corporation for services related to community-based housing projects and specialized housing programs for residents with mental health disabilities, in the maximum amount of $1,246,016, for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 upon adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
