Resolution approving renewal Continuum of Care Program Grant Agreement CA1093L9T151605 between the County of Nevada and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, awarding the Behavioral Health Department grant funds for development of long-term community housing for homeless persons with disabilities as part of the Summer’s Haven Housing Project, in the amount of $110,841, for the performance period of December 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Agreement.
