Resolution approving Amendment No. 4 to the Participation Agreement between the County of Nevada and the California Mental Health Services Authority Semi-Statewide Enterprise Health Record Program for services related to a California-centric Enterprise Health Record (Res. 22-365), to incorporate the addition of new Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement activities related to the Electronic Health Record, increasing the contract maximum from $2,391,228.09 to $2,406,864.28, for the term of July 1, 2022, through March 18, 2029, and authorizing the Director of Behavioral Health to execute the amendment.
