Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Nevada and Partnership Health Plan of California for coordination of care with the Mental Health Plan of Nevada County Behavioral Health, effective as of the last date of signature and which will automatically renew at 1-year intervals until either party terminates the MOU, and authorizing the Director of Behavioral Health to execute the MOU.
