Resolution approving an agreement between the County of Nevada and Sierra Nevada Memorial-Miners Hospital (SNMH) for funding to provide recuperative care services to eligible homeless patients upon discharge from SNMH, in the maximum amount of $263,334, for the period September 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
