Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, County Counsel is requesting a closed session regarding real property negotiations. The negotiator for the County is Justin Drinkwater, Director of Facilities Management. Items under negotiation may concern the price and terms of payment and the property interest to be obtained, and may include the following properties: 350 Crown Point Circle, Grass Valley, CA 95945, APN 009-700-039-000 (Building), and APN 009-700-037-000 (Parking). The property is owned by 350 Crown Point LLC, managing member Zack McSweeney to serve as negotiator; the property is represented by Jon Blinder and Tyson Tucker. The second property is 1345 Whispering Pines, Grass Valley CA 95945, APN Number: 009-690-005. The property is owned by Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, and the negotiator for the property is Dr. Scott Neeley.
