Resolution approving a Qualified List of Painting and Drywall Contractors and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute master services agreements with All Star Painting KD, Inc., of Grass Valley, CA; Aidens’s Quality Painting, Inc., of Santa Clara, CA; Tinnel Painting of Camptonville, CA; and D&H Painting of Rancho Cordova, CA, for an initial period beginning on August 18, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and approving the option to renew the agreements for up to four (4) additional 1-year periods.
