Resolution approving Amendment 1 to contract between the County of Nevada and Environmental Alternatives, Inc. pertaining to the Foster Parent Recruitment, Retention, and Support (FPRRS) Program (Res. 16-067), extending the contract termination date to December 31, 2016, amending Exhibit “B” Schedule of Charges and Payments, to reflect a change in the Contract Expenditure Breakdown, with the maximum amount of $100,000 remaining unchanged, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
