Resolution accepting the California Office of Emergency Services Grant Award VV23010290 for the Nevada County District Attorney's Office for the Violence Against Women Vertical Prosecution Program in the amount of $202,545 for the period of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, authorizing the District Attorney or their assignee to execute the grant agreement and all additional documents to fulfill the grant requirements, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2023/24 District Attorney budget.
