Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Project Heart, providing low-income residents of Nevada County with case management and direct services for accessing housing services, behavioral health services, employment services, and achieving financial stability in order to promote self-sufficiency, in the maximum amount of $148,000, for a term of February 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
