Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the County of Nevada and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for the provision of quality court appointed representation for the best interests and well-being of foster children served by Child Welfare Services, for the period January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026, and authorizing the Child Welfare Services Program Manager and the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the MOU.
