Resolution approving execution of a renewal contract with Progress House, Inc. for the provision of Perinatal and Non-Perinatal Comprehensive Residential Treatment Program Services including withdrawal management for the recovery of substance use disorders to residents of Nevada County, in the maximum amount of $1,000,000, for the contract term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, contingent upon adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
