Resolution approving the transfer of funds in the total amount of $447,158 to the Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority, in support of the activities related to completing Phase 2 design for the new Truckee Regional Library, bringing the project to a shovel-ready state, and directing the Auditor-Controller to increase the fiscal year 2025/26 Library and Facilities budgets by $223,579 each.
