Resolution approving the continuation of an agreement between the County of Nevada and the County of Placer, to house youth from Nevada County in the Placer County Juvenile Detention Facility, contingent upon adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, and authorizing the Auditor-Controller to encumber $150,000 for fiscal year 2026/27.
