Resolution approving the execution of a renewal contract with Midvalley Recovery Facilities, Inc. dba Pathways, for the provision of residential treatment and withdrawal management services for referred clients of Nevada County, in the amount of $450,000, for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, contingent upon adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
