Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the renewal contract between the County of Nevada and Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation for the provision of home visiting services to Nevada County's older and homebound adults, increasing the maximum contract price from $56,733 to $86,733 (an increase of $30,000), revising Exhibit “B”, Schedule of Charges and Payments, to reflect the increase in the maximum contract price, for the term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
