Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Shaun K. Havard for the provision of Health Education Community Liaison Consultant Services for the County’s Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention (NEOP) Program (Res. 15-467), increasing the maximum contract price from $34,000 to $35,600, for for the period October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
