Resolution authorizing the Nevada County Sheriff to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with California State Sheriffs' Association to provide Victim Information Notification Everyday (VINE) services as previously authorized (Res. 08-331 and Res. 10-236), pertaining to monitoring the custody status of offenders in California's county jails, and authorizing the continuation of VINE free of charge to Nevada County.
