Resolution approving an Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Nevada County, the City of Grass Valley, and the City of Nevada City, pertaining to the delegation and administration of allocated Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) funds, to extend the term of the MOU through the completion of administration of funds for rounds one (1) through five (5), and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
