Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Debra C. Thomas for organizational development, leadership development/training services, in the maximum aggregate amount not to exceed $150,000 for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 upon adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute contract renewals for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
