Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation for the establishment of a community-wide health and wellness project, in the maximum contract price of $300,000, for the term of November 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Public Health budget for Fiscal Year 2025/26.
