Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Truepoint Solutions, LLC, for maintenance and improvement of the Accela software program (PEST5246), increasing the not to exceed amount to $140,000, extending the contract term through June 30, 2027, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2025/26 Community Development Administration Budget.
