Resolution approving and authorizing execution of an agreement with IntelliTime Systems Corporation for licensed software, services and maintenance of the electronic employee time, attendance and scheduling software, for a cost not to exceed $161,505, plus first year annual Maintenance and Support fees of $16,679, for a total cost of $178,184, and directing the Auditor-Controller to reduce the Information Infrastructure Assignment of the General Fund and to amend the Fiscal Year 2015/16 Auditor-Controller budget. (4/5 affirmative vote required.)
