Resolution approving renewal Agreement 16-93130, known as the County Mental Health Services Performance Contract, between the County of Nevada and the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) pertaining to community mental health services to cover the entire area of the County in compliance with all programmatic and state/federal funding requirements, for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Agreement.
