Resolution approving a renewal contract between the County of Nevada and Kings View Corporation for the provision of licensed software, support, hosting and maintenance of software related to Behavioral Health’s Electronic Health Record System (EHRS), in the maximum amount of $1,121,298, for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
