Resolution approving Amendment 1 to Agreement 15-RCVBL-01115 A-1 between the County of Nevada and the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) for the provision of Agency Adoption Services (Res. 15-258), extending the Agreement termination date to June 30, 2017, and increasing the maximum contract price from $146,927 to $293,854 to cover the additional year, for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
