Resolution accepting the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) from the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services funded through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to update the 2012 Nevada County Multi-Jurisdictional Local Hazard Mitigation Plan and to establish a Nevada County Local Hazard Mitigation Planning Committee, in the amount of $100,000 for use during the period September 13, 2016 through July 21, 2018.
