Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Adams Ashby Group to provide Davis-Bacon Act Compliance Officer services (Res. 16-114), extending the contract termination date from September 30, 2016 to October 31, 2017 to coincide with the awarding of the construction contracts for the Penn Valley Sewer Pipeline and the Bost House Rehabilitation Projects, for the unchanged maximum amount of $42,720, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
