Resolution approving a Regional Facility Agreement between the County of Nevada and the County of Inyo to house certain juvenile wards in the Nevada County Carl F. Bryan II Juvenile Hall facility with a rate payable in the amount of $90 per day, rescinding Resolution 16-405, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Agreement.
