Resolution approving a renewal Agreement between Nevada County Behavioral Health Department and Nevada County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) pertaining to reimbursing Behavioral Health for the delivery of Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) for special education pupils as identified in the student's Individual Education Plan (IEP), for the period July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Agreement.
