Resolution approving Amendment 3 to Agreement 16F-5029 between the County of Nevada and the State Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) for Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funding (Res. 16-006), extending the contract termination date from December 31, 2016 to May 31, 2017, replacing Article 6 and 425 Budget Series forms in their entirety, in the maximum amount of $269,979, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
